Security & Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the research and consultancy objectives agreed upon in our service contracts. Once the prescriptive model is deployed or the engagement ends, PII is purged from our active processing kernels within 90 days, unless legal mandates require longer archival.

As a Bangkok-based entity, we strictly follow the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This includes your right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal records stored within our systems.
Third-Party Policy
We do not sell data. We only share information with vetted cloud infrastructure providers (like AWS or Google Cloud) who assist in our predictive analytics computations under strict data processing agreements.
